1.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ob9 with respect to your use of the ob9 gaming platform and all related services. These Terms apply in addition to any specific promotional terms, game-specific rules, or supplementary policies published on the ob9 website.
1.2 By completing the ob9 registration process, depositing funds, accepting any bonus, or placing any wager on the ob9 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. Your continued use of ob9 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.3 These Terms were last updated on 1 June 2026. ob9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 13 below.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or use any gaming service on ob9. It is a strict condition of use that you are aged 21 or above. ob9 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player shall be forfeited and the account permanently closed.
2.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering with ob9. ob9 does not represent or warrant that use of its platform is legal in your jurisdiction. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not eligible to register.
2.3 Exclusions. The following persons are not eligible to register or use ob9: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from ob9 or from gambling services generally; (c) employees, agents, and immediate family members of ob9 or its affiliated software and payment providers; (d) persons acting in a professional betting capacity in connection with any arrangement that creates a conflict of interest with ob9.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) ob9 account. The creation of duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where ob9 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts will be closed and any outstanding balances may be forfeited at ob9's discretion.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must keep that information up to date throughout your relationship with ob9. ob9 may reject or close any account where the registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.3 KYC Verification. ob9 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with its international gaming authority licensing obligations. You may be required to provide supporting documentation — including but not limited to a copy of your MyKad or passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ob9 login credentials. ob9 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify ob9 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.5 Account Currency. ob9 accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) by default for Malaysian-registered players.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ob9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. The list of accepted methods is subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Minimum withdrawal amounts are as published on the ob9 cashier page and may vary by payment method.
4.3 Withdrawal to Originating Method. ob9 applies an "anti-money laundering" return policy where withdrawals are returned, to the extent practicable, via the same payment channel used for the original deposit. Where this is not possible, ob9 may request proof of alternative account ownership.
4.4 Processing Times. ob9 targets eWallet withdrawal processing within 5–15 minutes of approval. Processing times for bank transfers vary. ob9 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by payment service providers or banking institutions.
4.5 Fees. ob9 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which ob9 accepts no responsibility.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as dormant. ob9 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of RM 10 per calendar month to dormant account balances following a written notice period of thirty (30) days. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after the dormancy period.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ob9 are subject to specific bonus terms published alongside each promotion on the ob9 Promo Bonus page. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. ob9 reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings, and to close an account, where ob9 reasonably suspects that a player is exploiting bonus structures through coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies, or multi-accounting.
5.4 Entitlement. No bonus constitutes a contractual entitlement. ob9 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.
6.1 All casino games available on ob9 are operated using certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology. RNG-based games are independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages are accurate at the time of publication and may be subject to change by the game provider.
6.2 Live dealer operations are conducted by professional dealers under controlled conditions. All live sessions are recorded. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live dealer game, the round may be voided and stakes refunded at ob9's discretion.
6.3 ob9 reserves the right to void bets placed on the basis of a technical error, including but not limited to incorrect odds display, game malfunction, or interface error. ob9 shall notify affected players and process refunds of voided stakes within a reasonable period.
6.4 The rules applicable to each individual game are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before wagering.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ob9 platform:
7.2 Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant authorities.
8.1 All content on the ob9 platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and interface design — is the intellectual property of ob9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ob9 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
8.2 You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any ob9 content without prior written consent from ob9.
9.1 ob9 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ob9 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform.
9.2 ob9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the ob9 platform, including loss of winnings due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
9.3 ob9's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total value of funds held in the player's ob9 account at the time of the claim.
10.1 ob9's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the ob9 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using ob9, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy for full details.
11.1 ob9 is committed to responsible gaming and player welfare. The ob9 platform provides the following tools, accessible from within your account dashboard at no cost:
11.2 Self-exclusion requests submitted to ob9 take effect within twenty-four (24) hours. Once a permanent self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed. ob9 will take all reasonable steps to prevent self-excluded players from accessing the platform.

11.4 Age Verification. ob9 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. ob9 employs age verification procedures at registration and reserves the right to conduct further verification at any time. Accounts where the player is determined to be under 21 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
12.1 By you. You may close your ob9 account at any time by contacting ob9 customer support. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements.
12.2 By ob9. ob9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) ob9 has reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) a regulatory or legal obligation requires ob9 to do so; (c) continued operation of the account poses a risk to ob9 or other players.
12.3 Where ob9 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, ob9 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation and final determination of the breach.
13.1 ob9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their ob9 account and will be posted on the ob9 website with the effective date clearly indicated. Your continued use of ob9 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using ob9 and close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ob9 holds its international gaming authority licence. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral bodies of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms.
14.2 Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact ob9 customer support and allow ob9 a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) calendar days to resolve the matter informally.
